Binaural entrainment is an audio technology where binaural tones are embedded in music to bring about desirable changes in brainwave activity, creating various states of relaxation, deep meditation or sleep.
​
Binaural tones are created by playing slightly different frequencies separately into each ear. The difference between the two frequencies stimulates a response in the brain which correlates with this frequency difference.
For example, if we present a 200 Hz tone to the left ear and a 207 Hz tone to the right ear, a frequency of 7Hz is stimulated (A Theta brainwave frequency). This is what is known as a 'frequency following response' or 'binaural beat'.

Please note, soundtracks containing binaural tones should be listened to on headphones, the relaxation effect of the music will not be as deep when listened to on free standing speakers.

Listening Instructions, find a quiet place to listen where you will not be disturbed, place headphones on, start the the track, take three deep breaths and give yourself permission to relax.
