  • Assisted meditation soundtrack with binaural entrainment tones embeded in relaxing music and natural sounds to facilitate deep meditation. Theta brainwave entrainment & left / right brain sycronisation.

  • Find a quite place where you won’t be disturbed for the duration of the listening session - Sitting up on a chair, on the floor or in bed (slightly reclined is OK), put your headphones on and start the soundtrack, close your eyes, take three slow deep breaths and allow yourself to relax.

    When the soundtrack has finished, drink a glass of water and make sure you are grounded before doing anything else.

    Listen to the soundtrack a minimum of 14-21 times for maximum benefit.

    After 28 listening sessions the soundtrack will begin to have less of a an effect on your energy system, however it is quite OK to carry on listening if you feel the need and will still be a great aid to relaxation.

    Listen to your soundtrack only once a day, if you listen more than once a day you may feel a little overwhelmed.

    Always listen to the Qi-Sonic soundtrack on headphones (the relaxation effect is dramatically diminished when listened to on external speakers)

    Never listen to the soundtracks when driving or operating machinery.
